What exactly is BastaHa?

BastaHa is an online marketplace for purchasing digital subscriptions and products. Before buying, review the description, price, and delivery type on each product page.

How do I pay?

Payment is made via two methods: HesabPay (in AFN) for users inside Afghanistan, and Binance Pay (in USD) for international payments.

Why do I need to upload a payment receipt?

To match your payment with your order and prevent errors, the receipt is stored alongside the order for review.

What happens after I place an order?

Your order enters a review queue with a 'Registered' status. After confirmation, digital delivery happens within the timeframe shown on the product page.

How is the product delivered?

Delivery is digital. After order completion and confirmation, delivery details appear in your user panel.

Where do I see my delivery?

After logging in, go to My Orders.

What if I paid but my order wasn't registered?

Keep your receipt and transaction time, then contact support so the payment can be matched to an order.

Are refunds available?

Refunds for digital products are generally limited. For technical issues, contact support for a case-by-case review.

How do I log in?

You can sign in with Google, or enter your email to receive a one-time magic link.
